Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1 oz. slice part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup low-sodium marinara sauce
Directions: Toast bread, then place the cheese between the two slices. Stick the sandwich into the microwave for a few seconds, or until cheese is melted.
